Preschool Program
We help prepare for kindergarten through hands-on learning.
Program Overview
Children approximately* 36 months to 6 years old make independent choices and are encouraged to play in various areas of the classroom and participate in activities such as art, creative play, cooking, science, math, and music.
Each day the children gather in a group circle time where literacy and number concepts are practiced. Children enjoy outdoor play twice a day, weather permitting.

Developmental assessments (CT DOTS and ASQ) completed twice a year with parent/teacher conferences

Before and After School Care
We offer before and after school care for children age 5 to 7 years old who attend Hawley Elementary School. Children are supervised and participate in individual and group activities.
Morning hours: 6:30 - 9:00 am
Afternoon hours: 3:00 - 6:00 pm

*Children develop at their own pace and may be ready to move up to the next program level earlier.
